"In the midst of rapid organizational growth and mounting external changes, Kay helped the University of Wisconsin Family Business Center develop a comprehensive strategy to align with its mission, vision and core values. Kay quickly grasped the essence of this unique membership association's purpose, and then conscientiously and provocatively walked the staff and its board though the strategic planning process. In addition, she delivered an outstanding program to 200 business owners (member companies of the Family Business Center) on strategic thinking after conducting extensive primary and secondary research on their unique needs. Kay asks the tough questions that every business leader should be able to answer and then provides a relevant framework for finding the answers."
